On Oct. 18, at approximately 6:17 PM, the Thompson RCMP received a report of a stolen vehicle from a business on Commercial Place.  

 

Patrols were made and this vehicle was located on Ashberry Place. 

 

A 25 year-old man from Thompson was arrested walking away from the vehicle and was observed to be impaired by alcohol.  This man later provided samples of his breath more than 3.5 times the legal limit. 

 

This man faces multiple charges, namely, theft of motor vehicle, operation of a motor vehicle while impaired by alcohol, and driving without a license.
